Student Event Approval
All student events hosted at the RJC must be managed through the MBAA and require approval by the Director, Student Experience and the Environmental and Occupational Health Support Service (EOHSS) at McMaster University.
The Event Planning and Approval Form must be prepared and reviewed by the MBAA and completed online. The Primary Event Organizer must also submit an EOHSS Form a minimum of five business days before the event.
Procedures to be followed:
- Send all room booking, catering, set-up and other special requests to firstname.lastname@example.org for tentative bookings.
- It’s recommended to have the approval form signed at least five business days before the event.
