Room Booking

All collaboration rooms in the Ron Joyce Centre are available for student use. Rooms must be booked through the concierge at the Welcome Centre 24 hours before they are required. You can check room availability online before you book. You will need to sign on using your MacID and password.

Bookings can be placed at ext. 20536, rjcbook@mcmaster.ca or in person at the RJC Welcome Centre.

If you are using a room that someone else has booked, you will be asked to vacate the space.
